CONSULTATIONS HAVE FINISHED - What's next?

Huge thanks to the large number of you who responded to the recent Targeted Consultation and for sending copies of your excellent and detailed letters to the SBW Central Team.

Many of you are sceptical about whether your responses will be taken into account by the Developer - since they have not so far made any adjustments as a result of the feedback received at the Statutory Consultation in December/January. Nevertheless, by copying us in, we have on record the many objections raised which will be useful ammunition if they do not make significant changes in their formal application for a Development Consent Order (DCO) which they now say will be submitted in November.

The Inspectorate then has 28 days to decide whether or not to accept the application for examination.
